special-category data and is processed lawfully under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h).
Your records are kept securely, either encrypted electronically or stored in locked physical storage.
Only I have access to these records.
How Long Information Is Kept
- Adults: 7 years after therapy ends
- Children: until age 25
When Information May Be Shared
Your information is confidential and will not be shared unless:
- you provide written consent,
- there is a legal requirement,
- there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
